The Love Package
- Exclusive use of the 50-acre Private estate
- Whether you’re envisioning a distinctive gala or a laid-back rustic elegant affair we’ve got you covered.
- Coordination and preparation – we are certified to create a timeline and coordinate with all your vendors in advance of your day to ensure a seamless experience
- Northfork Team Members for your event – this includes golf cart service for your guests during the entire event, setup and teardown of tables and chairs (there will be no clean-up for you at the end of the night!)
- Northfork Team Leader To run the show
- There are No Requirements for real China (this can easily add $1500 to your catering bill at other venues)
- There is No Minimum number of guests required up to 300 (the largest in the area)
- There is No additional fee for use of The Northfork Estate’s extensive collection of décor
- Licensed and Legal – no need to worry about getting shut down before your date!
- Exclusive access to the 9,000 sq. ft. venue
- Exclusive access to our 50 acres private, gated, estate off the beaten path with quiet surroundings

The Happiness Package
- Everything from Love
- DJ – Ceremony & Reception
- Bar Service: Ice, Mixers, Garnishes, coffee, Cups (you provide the alcohol)
- Table Linens to include linen napkins
- Bridal party flowers: 1 Brides bouquet, 4 Bridesmaid Bouquets, 1 Grooms Boutonniere, 4 groomsmen boutonnieres, 1 ringbearer boutonniere, flower girl petals – Designers choice you pick colors
- Photobooth – 3 hours with printed Photos
- We place our décor – you place your décor
- Cut cake
- We handle The Contracts, vendors, planning
- 90 days out if no event the night prior option for 3 hrs. $750 additional
- Catering – pricing dependent on Style and head count* additional fees apply
The Happily Ever After Package
- Everything from Love and Happiness
- Table Linens to include Folded Linen napkins
- Upgraded linens for head table, Dessert and gift tables
- Bridal party flowers: 1 Brides bouquet, 4 Bridesmaid Bouquets, 1 Grooms Boutonniere, 4 groomsmen boutonnieres, 1 ringbearer, boutonniere, flower girl petals, up to 6 parent corsages or boutonnieres
- Centerpieces for up to 150 guests, head table decor
- 60 days prior if no event you can rehearse 1hr night before
- Photobooth 4 hours max (3 hours with printed photos and 1 hour bling ring or 4 hours printed)
- Keepsake album with photobooth
- We decorate
- Officiant
- Engagement photo session (use of property only)
- Cut Cake

Please Note Additional Investments for Your Day
- We require 2,000,000 per occurrence in Liability and Host Liquor Liability Insurance with Northfork being named additional insured. This is roughly $350
- $1000 refundable damage deposit due 30 days prior to your date
- Pricing is subject to change at any time. Your contract and terms will be based on the date the contract is signed not on your inquiry or tour date.
