A: Yes, we offer a flexible payment schedule. The first payment of $1600 – $6600, depending on the package that is chosen, is due with the signed contract. Subsequent payments are due one year, six months, and 60 days prior to your event. You can also make smaller partial payments anytime.

A: The first payment is due with the signed contract. One year prior to your event the second payment is due, the third payment is due six months prior, and the final payment is due 60 days prior to your date.

A: Absolutely! We’re happy to make recommendations and even provide transportation for the couple to scenic spots on our property.
A: We always have a Plan B. Our venue can easily accommodate an indoor ceremony without any facility flipping, making the decision less stressful.
A: Our investment is the same whether you choose to have the ceremony, reception, or both here at The Northfork Estate, as we only host one event per day.
Catering & Bar Services
A: For our venue-only package, you work directly with the caterer. For our all-inclusive packages, we handle the catering arrangements.
Q: Are outside snacks and trays permitted?
A: Outside food and drink are permitted prior to the opening of the gates. Once gates open, no outside food or drinks are allowed.
Q: Is there a food and beverage, or guest count minimum?
A: No, we do not require minimums.
A: All alcohol must be complimentary and served by a licensed bartender. Host liquor liability insurance is required if you bring your own alcohol.
Payments & Booking
A: Payments are accepted at anytime and will be posted to your account
